A space to think differently

 

The Bartlett Real Estate Institute is a space for professionals to think differently about real estate and to evaluate its true value in society. Launched as a new school within The Bartlett in 2018, not only was a new identity required but a new approach and thinking in how to how to engage with potential students.

Branding

The starting point for the brand was identifying the journey of a potential student which allowed us to identify the key messaging and assets requirements

Easy to use brand guidelines were created for the internal team to help maintain and value a strong visual identity.

Language is at the core of the brand and elevates the simple elements of the brand. The tone of voice used and the messages we chose were designed to be provocative, curious and unexpected. The aim of the brand was to start conversations, not to pretend we have all the answers.
